Dr Nick Mouktaroudis is Adelaide born and did his undergraduate medical training at the University of Adelaide. He has worked in the country and the metropolitan area and has a passion for empowering his patients as active participants in their own health care and wellness.
Dr Mouktaroudis is particularly passionate about health education and ensuring that his patients know the 'what why and how' of their condition and treatment plan.
Dr Mouktaroudis also has a special interest in Skin and a lot of expertise to share when it comes to helping people cope with and improve Skin Conditions.

Dr Nick Tellis proudly received his Medical degree from the University of Adelaide 15 years ago and has since gained broad experience in General Practice.

He takes a particular interest in promoting good mental health and is listed as a provider with Beyond Blue. His other special medical interests are caring for those with an intellectual disability, chairing the Southern Adelaide General Practice Council, examining trainee GPs for their clinical exams (and teaching them at PartridgeGP), and improving the quality of General Practices as an AGPAL surveyor.
Dr Gareth studied medicine at the University of Auckland before re-locating to Adelaide, where he completed post-graduate training in General Practice, attaining his FRACGP qualification in 2017.
Dr Gareth is an integral part of our Clinical Team. Known for his thorough and empathetic approach, Dr Gareth provides comprehensive care to patients at all ages and stages of life.
Special interests include: Heart/Cardiovascular Health, Diabetes, Men’s Health, Children and Babies' Health (Neonates and Paediatrics). Gareth is also an Accredited Shared Palliative Care Provider.
Dip.Anaes., MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Penny undertook her medical training at the University of Adelaide prior to travelling to the UK to complete a Diploma in Anaesthetics. She then worked in WA & SA while completing Fellowship in General Practice. Bringing 21 years of GP experience to PartridgeGP, she also has an ongoing commitment to Indigenous health with regular visits to remote NT communities.
We look forward to having Dr Penny Massy-Westropp as part of our growing Clinical Team and sharing her experience with us and our valued patients.
Dr Monika Moy graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1991 and after training in various Adelaide hospitals and general practices, completed her general practice qualification in 1996.
Dr Monika has particular interests in preventive health, women’s health and contraception and is trained to insert and remove the Implanon contraceptive device.
She is accredited for Obstetric Shared Care which involves providing part of a patient’s pregnancy care in conjunction with public hospitals and particularly enjoys this aspect of her practice.
Dr Monika is enthusiastic about explaining her patients’ conditions to them so that they have a better understanding of their health. We are very excited to have Dr Monika as part of our growing Clinical Team!

Dr Zoe Teh
Zoe completed her undergraduate medical training at the University of Adelaide, and spent her intern and resident years between the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. She undertook her General Practice training in a number of clinics across southern Adelaide, and is particularly interested in sexual health, women’s health (including Implanon insertion and removal), and preventative medicine.
Dr Zoe Teh will be commencing at PartridgeGP soon.
Born in South Africa, Dr Williams graduated from University of New South Wales in 2010. She has worked in Indigenous Communities in Cairns, and spent two years on Thursday Island in the Torres Straits where she obtained her Fellowship of the RACGP as well as Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice. Following a further year practicing medicine in rural NSW, she and her family relocated permanently to Adelaide in 2018.
Dr Williams also works at the Refugee Health Service, and other interests include dermatology, contraception (including Implanon) and optimising health. She is accredited for Obstetric Shared Care in SA.

Dr Nikhil Tamminedi completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Western Sydney. Prior to commencing General Practice training, Dr Tamminedi worked two Post Graduate years in metropolitan hospitals in New South Wales with a focus on surgical disciplines and emergency medicine. His particular interest include skin, minor surgery, and respiratory medicine. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and travelling.
Dr Phillip Maddocks grew up in Adelaide, studied medicine at the University of Wollongong and has since worked in 5 metropolitan and regional hospitals across both NSW and SA. Dr Maddocks is committed to a career in General Practice as he enjoys the relationships made in community medicine.
He is passionate about all aspects of General Practice and is looking forward to developing skills in paediatrics, emergency and sports medicine. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family, sports and outdoor activities.

Dr Astill graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2009 and furthered her education with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Deakin University in 2013. After holding positions with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, she has decided to specialise in General Practice, with a special interest in Women’s and Children’s Health completing her Diploma of Child Health in 2016.
Dr Katherine has a passion for holistic care and preventative health.
Dr Katherine Astill is currently fulfilling her GP Training Program outer metro requirements and will continue to consult at PartridgeGP – times and dates to be announced soon – keep an eye on Facebook for details!
Jennifer completed her medical degree at Flinders University in 2012. Since then she has worked across a variety of hospitals in Adelaide and recently completed a 6 month term in public health in Darwin.
Her interests include sexual health, women’s health and adolescent health.
Outside of medicine she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and travel.

PartridgeGP welcomes Dr Abby Mudford to the team as a GPT1 Registrar. Dr Mudford graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from Flinders University in 2013, following completion of a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) at the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
Prior to commencing GP training, Dr Mudford completed three years of post-graduate hospital experience at Flinders Medical Centre in surgical disciplines.
Dr Mudford's interests include gastrointestinal diseases, dermatology and minor surgery.
Dr Abby Mudford is on maternity leave as of May 2019.
Dr David Hooper completed his nursing and Medical Degrees at Flinders University in 2010. He subsequently spent 4 years in Darwin, Hervey Bay and Port Lincoln completing his fellowship in Rural and Remote General Practice. David spends 1 week each month as an Emergency Physician in Broken Hill. Dr Hooper is married to Kerri and has 2 boys Aiden aged 9 and Mason aged 11.
In his spare time he enjoys Marathon running (very slowly) and silver smithing.
